View your customer cohort analysis report by sales and average order value
The Customer Cohort Analysis report allows you to assess customer retention across different cohorts by date of acquisition. In this update, we’ve added the following additional metrics to the cohort analysis table: gross sales, net sales, and average order value. Also, we’ve expanded the drill-down capabilities to all cells (cohort and period after first acquisition) in the cohort table and added additional drill-down dimensions; these include: top products purchased, top marketing channels, top sales channels and a breakdown of sales by subscription vs one-time purchases.
