What’s New at Shopify?

From the 28th of January, Shopify is only sending Order Confirmation SMS on behalf of merchants whose billing address is in one of the following countries :

• Australia
• Brazil
• Canada
• France
• Germany
• Ireland
• India
• Italy
• Japan
• New Zealand
• Spain
• United Kingdom
• United States

These changes will reduce duplicate notifications, simplify notification management, and prevent spam and fraud, while powering partners to deliver custom SMS notifications that can be tailored to suit merchants.
