Shopify launches a customer self-serve returns feature
We’ve launched customer self-serve returns—a free tool to help merchants simplify the returns process, delight customers, and increase repeat purchases. With customer self-serve returns, merchants can allow their customers to easily request a return through the merchant’s online store. Customers will receive a decision on the return, instructions to return the item, and other updates.
Merchants will be notified of pending return requests. They can approve or decline the request, provide instructions for returning the item, and easily track returns in the admin to save time.
Enable customer self-serve returns within the admin settings.
