What’s New at Shopify?

A new cutomer notification email is now available when issuing store credit. Use this notification to make customers aware of their store credit and to encourage them to spend it at your store. When issuing store credit, select "Notify customer" to send an email to the customer that includes the credit amount as well as their total store credit balance. The email template can be customized from the Notifications section of Settings.
