What’s New at Shopify?

Merchants utilizing POS Go now have the capability to remotely log out from their devices. To perform this action, you just need to access the “Devices” tab located under the Point of Sale channel in the admin panel. From there, select the specific device you wish to log out from and click on "Log out from store".

Merchants can conveniently monitor the logout status of their devices either on the device list page or within the device details page.

Please be aware that the updated status might not be immediately visible as there could be a slight delay of a few seconds.
