What’s New at Shopify?

To enhance the security of merchant and customer information, we’ve implemented new login requirements to the Order Status Page that leverages advanced security measures to provide additional protection for customer data. Customers can access the Order Status Page without logging in for a limited timeframe and/or number of browser visits. After these timeout parameters have been reached, customers must provide credentials to access the Order Status Page, such as phone number, email address, order number, or by using passwordless login.
