Chatting in the Shop app will let you:
* Chat with 100+ million customers at no additional cost
* Convert visitors to sales at a faster rate
* Engage customers where they shop to improve their experience

To start chatting in the Shop App, today:
1. Add Shopify Inbox, a free app, from the Shopify app store and;
2. Ensure you are eligible for the Shop App according to the Shop eligibility guidelines.
