You can now set up return rules, as part of the self-serve returns experience, to help you prevent returns on ineligible items, saving you valuable time and improving the customer experience.

With return rules you can define your return window, return fees, and final sale items for specific collections or products. An estimated refund amount for eligible items will also display during the self-serve returns process, promoting transparency and helping you build trust with your customers.

Enable return rules within the admin settings.
