What’s New at Shopify?

We’ve added new features to Shopify Inbox to make it easier for you to sell more and keep track of conversations when you’re working from your web browser. Now when you use Shopify Inbox on the web, you can:
* Easily share products and discounts in a conversation to help close the sale when you chat with customers.
* Manage conversations more efficiently by marking their status as active, inactive, read, or unread.
