To submit a claim, Buyers should visit the Shop App and click on the order that they would like to submit a claim for. If eligible, they will receive Shop Cash in the Shop App once the claim is processed. Note: At this time, we will continue to maintain the Shop Promise Claim Form for customers who did not use Shop Pay at checkout and have not had an existing valid claim.
