What’s New at Shopify?

When you have Apple Business Chat enabled on your store, customers can now send you images through Messages. You see images and can read and respond to customer messages from Shopify Ping.

This is an easy way for your customers to send you a picture of a damaged item, for example, or an image of a product they are looking for on your store.
