What’s New at Shopify?

In the latest version of Shopify Ping, you'll find big improvements to the way you create new orders for customers in conversations. Now you can add mulitple products to the order, add a discount, and add a special shipping rate. Set up the order and share it right in the conversation so the customer can check out with just a few clicks.
