Cancel a return is now available

Managing returns is an essential part of the customer experience. But just like any other order action, mistakes can happen or a buyer can change their mind about returning your product. That's why we’ve added the ability to cancel a return in Shopify. You can cancel a return after a return request has been initiated, giving you the flexibility to accommodate changes or restart the return if a mistake has been made.
