What’s New at Shopify?

All merchants can now use automated privacy features to set up and maintain their privacy settings to match Shopify recommendations for compliance. Once automated, privacy settings are automatically updated as store settings and recommendations change.

Turning on automated privacy settings will:

• Automatically generate and maintain your privacy policy.
• Add a cookie banner and keep it synced with latest recommendations.
• Add a data sales opt-out page and keep it synced with latest recommendations.
