Announcing Shopify Chat 💬

Connect with your customers and help them find products they'll love.

After you set up Shopify Chat, customers can start a conversation with you from any page of your online store. You read and respond to messages on your iOS device in Shopify Ping. In your conversations with customers, you can also share products and discount codes, and send draft orders to help a customer check out quickly.

Shopify Chat is available to all online store visitors. Customers browsing your store can click a button to start a chat with you in the browser window.
